At the Humane Society of the South Platte Valley, we are passionate about making lifetime matches between our animals and their new families.  With your generous donations, we can help more animals make matches that last a lifetime.
The average stay for an animal that comes into a shelter is between 9-14 days.  It costs the Humane Society, on average, over $300 to care for an animal during its stay at the shelter.
